Ein exklusives Projekt mit einer gro\u00dfen Auswahl an Wohnungen, alle mit ger\u00e4umigen Balkonen\/Terrassen nach S\u00fcden oder Norden. Jeder hat einen ungehinderten Blick auf den Hafen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m-size-14\"><span class=\"font-size-18 m-font-size-14\"><br><\/span><span class=\"m-font-size-14\">BIM Planung - unsere BIM-Leistungen waren:<\/span><span class=\"m-font-size-14\"><br>Erstellung der Auftraggeberinformationsanforderung (AIA) und des BIM-Abwicklungsplan (BAP), BIM-Management und BIM-Gesamtkoordination, Erstellen des BIM-Gesamtmodells \u00fcber die IFC-Schnittstelle, Kollisionspr\u00fcfung \u00fcber BCF und Excel , Qualit\u00e4ts- und Kollaborationsmanagement , Erstellung eines BIMAsBuilt- Modells aus den Fachmodellen und \u00dcberf\u00fchrung des BIM-Modells in das CAFM-Modell. Das genutzte Programm f\u00fcr die BIM Methodik ist Solibri.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n
