Auf diese Weise war es m\u00f6glich die Dachsanierung im laufenden Betrieb durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"m-size-14\"><span class=\"m-font-size-14\">Im Zeitraum von September 2012 bis November 2016 wurde architektonische Bauma\u00dfnahmen von der Van den Berg Group B.V. ausgef\u00fchrt. Die Bauma\u00dfnahme beinhaltete eine Renovierung des Altbaus mit einer BGF von 9.600 qm und einem Neubau mit einer BGF von 2.000 qm.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"m-size-14\"><span class=\"m-font-size-14\">Um die NSG Schule optimal auf die Zukunft vorzubereiten hat die Van den Berg Group einen Entwurf f\u00fcr die Sanierung des Altbaus und zus\u00e4tzlichen einen Neubau erarbeitet. Das zentrale Raumkonzept ist so konzipiert worden, dass bestehende Verbindungen verbessert werden und neue Verbindungen aller R\u00e4ume entstehen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"m-size-14\"><span class=\"m-font-size-14\">Das Konzept beinhaltet:<\/span><\/p><p class=\"m-size-14\"><span class=\"m-font-size-14\">- Transparenz ( teil der Innenw\u00e4nde )\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"m-size-14\"><span class=\"m-font-size-14\">- Zuf\u00fchrung von Tageslicht ins Zentrum der Schule ( Aula )<\/span><\/p><p class=\"m-size-14\"><span class=\"m-font-size-14\">- Verbindungen schaffen von Innen \u2013 und Au\u00dfenr\u00e4umen\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"m-size-14\"><span class=\"m-font-size-14\">- besondere Aufmerksamkeit bei der Gestaltung der Themenr\u00e4ume f\u00fcr Musik , Tanz, Theater und Forschung\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"m-size-14\"><span class=\"m-font-size-14\">Dachsanierung ( flach) :<\/span><\/p><p class=\"m-size-14\"><span class=\"m-font-size-14\">Bei diesem Projekt ist im ersten Schritt nur das Dach saniert worden und nicht die Fassade. W\u00e4hrend der Leistungsphase 3 hat der Auftraggeber sich f\u00fcr eine integrierte L\u00f6sung entschieden und es wurden in der Folge auch alle Fenster ersetzt (von Holz auf Aluminium). Auch hier ist die neue L\u00fcftungsanlage f\u00fcr das Dach vorgesehen worden und auch hier sind additionale Dachfenster zus\u00e4tzlich noch hinzugef\u00fcgt worden.
