Damit ist der BunkerTower ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Skyline von Eindhoven.<\/p><p>Der Wohnturm besteht aus \u00fcber 200 Wohnungen. Die B\u00fcrofl\u00e4chen befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und im ersten Stock, zudem beherbergt der BunkerTower ein gro\u00dfes Caf\u00e9.<\/p><p><em>Jeder Stein ist einzigartig.<\/em> Im Auftrag von Kolen Keramik en Naturstein und in Zusammenarbeit mit LomaxSystems haben wir ein 3D-BIM-Modell f\u00fcr die Natursteinfassade und die Aluminium-R\u00fcckwandkonstruktion erstellt, an der die Natursteine befestigt sind. \u00a0<\/p><p>Jeder Naturstein ist mit Ankern an der am Geb\u00e4ude montierten Aluminium-Unterkonstruktion befestigt. Da R\u00fcckenkonstruktion jedoch nicht \u00fcberall gleich ist, ist somit auch die genaue Position der Befestigungsanker von Stein zu Stein unterschiedlich. Au\u00dferdem variieren die Fassaden in einigen Stockwerken in L\u00e4nge und H\u00f6he, sodass die Ecksteine auch unterschiedlich gro\u00df sind.<\/p><p><em>\u00dcber 30.000 Verblendsteine.<\/em> Neben der Gestaltung des Geb\u00e4udes mussten wir bei der 3D-Modellierung auch viele weitere Aspekte ber\u00fccksichtigen, z.B. die Verbindung mit Balkonen, Lichtpunkten, Regenwasserableitung, den Neigungswinkel von Fensterb\u00e4nken und viele andere Fragen. Jeder einzelne der 30.000 Fassendensteine wurde in einem 3D-BIM-Modell in der Revit-Software modelliert.<\/p><p>Unser BIM-Modell war der Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr die 2D-Planungszeichnungen und Werkszeichnungen f\u00fcr die Gewerke vor Ort.<\/p><p>Die Giebelb\u00e4nder der einzelnen Stockwerke erwecken den Eindruck, dass alle Natursteine ein Ganzes bilden. Aber jedes Fassadenband besteht aus verschiedenen Fassadenelementen. Jedes Fassadenelement besteht aus vier Natursteinen. Zwischen zwei Fassadenelementen wurde dann ein Naturstein platziert, der die Fassadenelemente optisch verbindet. Um dies zu erreichen, mussten die beiden Fassadenelemente genau den richtigen Abstand zueinander haben. Bei der Modellierung haben wir sehr darauf geachtet, dies genauestens umzusetzen.<\/p><p><em>Wir sind stolz auf das Endergebnis.<\/em> Aufgrund seiner Art, seines Umfangs und seiner Komplexit\u00e4t war dies in jeder Hinsicht ein besonderes Projekt.
